Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FeedReels platform ("Service"), operated from Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Purpose

FeedReels is an online service that monitors RSS feeds, automatically generates short videos using artificial intelligence (script, voice, cover image, editing, captions) and allows publishing to TikTok, Instagram, or downloading.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian's consent, to use the Service. You warrant the accuracy of the information you provide and are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Subscriptions and credits

• The Service operates on a credit system. Each generation, download or publish action consumes a defined number of credits.
• Monthly plan credits do NOT roll over to the next month.
• Top-up credits remain available as long as the account is active.
• No refunds are due for consumed credits, in line with the practice applicable to digital services in Switzerland.
• You may cancel any time; paid access remains active until the end of the current period.

4. RSS feed content

You warrant that you hold the rights necessary to reuse the content of any RSS feed you add as a source. FeedReels acts solely as a transformation tool: you remain liable for compliance with copyright, related rights and publisher terms.

5. Generated content

The videos and texts generated from your sources belong to you, subject to third-party rights (sources, voices, images, AI models used). FeedReels reserves the right to use anonymized samples for demonstration purposes unless you object in writing.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• distribute unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading content;
• circumvent technical safeguards or Service limits;
• infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
• generate or publish content that violates applicable Swiss law.

7. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted, bug-free or error-free operation. Third-party AI models may produce unexpected results; you remain responsible for validating content before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, FeedReels's liability is capped at the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event. FeedReels is not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational harm, etc.).

9. Suspension and termination

FeedReels may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, fraud or manifest abuse, without notice and without refund of remaining credits.

10. Third-party platform integrations (TikTok, Instagram)

When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account to FeedReels, you acknowledge that:

• publishing through the Service happens on your personal account, at your request, and remains subject to the TikTok Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service, as well as the Instagram Terms andMeta Community Standards;
• you are solely responsible for the content published and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights or platform rules (misinformation, misleading content, unlabelled deepfakes, spam, hateful content, etc.);
• FeedReels may suspend the integration at any time if TikTok, Meta or a competent authority requires it, or if abusive usage is detected;
• you may revoke access at any time via Settings → Connections in FeedReels, or directly in the TikTok / Instagram security settings.

11. Changes

FeedReels may modify these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts at FeedReels's registered seat in Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
