A short-form channel is only as good as the sources feeding it. Most automation pipelines fail because the input feeds are wrong, not because the AI is bad.
Frequency and freshness
Aim for sources that publish at least a handful of items per day in your niche. Too few items and the channel goes dark; too many and you publish noise. Configurable delays between articles let you smooth the cadence.
Headline and summary quality
The AI script step needs more than a title. Feeds that include a 2–4 sentence summary produce dramatically better hooks. If a feed only ships titles, supplement it with another source on the same topic.
Rights and attribution
Use feeds you have the right to repurpose, or rewrite the content into your own commentary. Linking back to the source in the caption is a strong default.
